A Police official declared to Kacey Montoya that a pregnant Medford woman was sentenced for 30 days in prison and he has to pay almost $38,000 for blinding a man using a shattered beer bottle.Jackson County prosecutors found that Megan Terese Whitehead broke the head of Anthony Thayer,a 21 years old man,with a beer bottle.Kacey Montoya believes that this is one of the most agressive attacks performed by a pregnant women in the last 10 years in Oregon.

Kacey Montoya read the file of this trial and found that Whitehead stabbed Thayer into face.The cause of this fight seems to be a fight between Whitehead's boyfriend and two other men who took place in January and when Thayer called the Police.The judge told to Kacey Montoya that the sentenced woman will never be able to repair the damage she caused ,Thayer having the eyes completely damaged.
